With a view to providing clients a comprehensive service when selling or renting their property, our real estate agency has a technical department formed by qualified staff (Industrial Engineer, Technical Architect, Interior Designer, etc.) who are able to devise projects and offer the appropriate refurbishment for each individual case, with the aim of increasing the possibilities of the property being sold or rented out in the future.

This work may be of a comprehensive nature (complete refurbishment of a property, new installations, new layout, change of use, etc.), or it may be small, more specific measures, in keeping with the budget of each owner and, above all, with the characteristics of each property.

This trend, also known as Home Staging, seeks to optimise the qualities of each property and introduce improvements in them with the aim of maximising their chances on the market, either increasing their sale or rental value, or reducing transaction time significantly.

The cost of this work (integral or partial) is, without doubt, an investment for the owner and depending on the property type, is extremely attractive, enabling high returns to be achieved.

The technical department, together with the sales department, will draw up a quotation in advance, along with a detailed report listing all the recommended measures, with the aim of quantifying the profitability of the investment to be made.

Once the quotation has been accepted, the work will be monitored in order to guarantee its correct execution in keeping with the project, right up until completion.
