Inmobiliaria San Nicolás has a department responsible for the management of client homes that are not their usual residence, such as residents on the mainland or abroad who typically spend their vacations in their homes in Mallorca.

We have a team of professionals tasked with keeping these properties in perfect condition, performing technical work, repairs, maintenance, and garden upkeep, and administrative tasks, etc. In other words, everything needed to have the house ready for a few days in Mallorca.
